Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with people at all levels
Well-developed organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in learning new software and systems
Close attention to detail and a practical, organised approach to your work
Ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal people and demonstrate an understanding of Aboriginal Australian cultures
A genuine passion for making a difference

A formal qualification in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
Experience in the not-for-profit sector, community engagement, or Aboriginal organisations
