To support our rapid scale, we’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in how we design and deploy Salesforce to maximise efficiency, intelligence, and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
As a senior Salesforce expert, you'll:Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and VisualforceLeverage Salesforce CRM, ServiceCloud, and Agentforce (Salesforce's latest AI-powered technology) to drive operational speed, intelligence, and automation across the businessIntegrate Agentforce with Handy’s custom-built customer portal to enhance service, communication, and responsivenessLead scalable, maintainable Salesforce development aligned with best practices and enterprise design patternsBuild complex integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and webhooksTranslate business requirements into robust technical solutions in collaboration with Product and BA teamsImplement automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release workflowsConduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developersMaintain strong platform governance and thorough technical documentationStay ahead of Salesforce innovations, platform updates, and AI advancements
What You’ll Bring
Over 5 years’ experience in Salesforce development.Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and VisualforceStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limitsIntegration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platformsProven capability in automating workflows using Flow, Apex triggers, and declarative toolsFamiliarity with customer-facing portalsProficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
