Support Workers Wanted – Join Our Passionate Ipswich-Based Team!

• Earn $45.28 to $68.88 per hour
  (plus Allowances + Super)

• Immediate start available
  Day, evening, and night shifts only – limited availability unfortunately won't be suitable for these roles

Ellie Jane Support Services has been proudly supporting the Ipswich community for over four years. We're a close-knit, passionate team delivering high-quality, personalised care to people with disability and mental health challenges.

We're currently seeking compassionate, flexible, and reliable support workers who know how to get the job done and genuinely care about the people they support.

• Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, continence care, and mealtime support

• Assist with household tasks and daily routines

• Offer social and emotional support

• Promote independence in the home and community

• Transport participants to appointments, activities, and events

• Deliver therapy supports as guided by allied health professionals

• Contribute to regular review and updates of support plans

Essential:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card

• Current Police Check

• Open Driver's Licence & own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance

• Valid First Aid and CPR

• Solid availability, especially across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers

• Minimum 15 hours regular weekly availability required

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Minimum 6 months or less of disability support experience required

Desirable:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or relevant studies

• Experience supporting people with autism, physical disabilities or mental health conditions

• Experience in person-centred active support environments

This is a casual position with varied shift availability across a 24/7 roster. While we can't guarantee fixed hours, we do our best to match you with the right participants to support consistent weekly shifts. Please note, those with very limited availability may not be suitable for these roles.
