At Bankstown Hospital's Medical Assessment Unit (MAU), you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that delivers high-quality care to patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and make a meaningful impact on the patient journey from assessment through to treatment and discharge
Work in a fast-paced and rewarding clinical environment, providing care to patients with diverse and complex medical presentations. Enhance your assessment and clinical decision-making skills through comprehensive patient assessments, ongoing monitoring, and timely intervention. Be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Develop expertise in patient-centred care planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans that support recovery and wellbeing. Make a genuine difference to patients and families, providing education, reassurance, and support during important stages of their healthcare journey.
