Your next opportunity:

Boral Cement is seeking a Mechanical Trades Fitter to join our dedicated onsite maintenance team. You will support maintenance activities to help achieve the highest standards of fixed plant availability and reliability by carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance activities.

Your day will involve:

Maintenance of a wide range of fixed plant equipment including conveyors, mills, crushers, dust collectors, pneumatic & hydraulics systemsPerform preventative maintenance and inspectionsIdentify and respond to problems, breakdowns and changes in routineUse computer systems to work within the maintenance management systemAbility to read and understand schematicsFlexibility to attend Callouts and change of shift if required to suit business needs

What are we looking for?

Experience in heavy Fixed Plant Maintenance idealRelevant trade certificate in Fitting and MachiningDesirable to possess Crushing, Screening and Conveying experienceExperience in maintenance management principles and techniquesHave a strong understanding and commitment to WH&S, including the ability to identify, assess and control hazards in the workplaceHRW Licenses e.g. Welding, Dogging, Forklift, EWP and Confined Space will be advantageous or the ability to obtainCurrent NSW driver's license
