At Vital Dental, we have a wonderful team of dentists, oral health therapists and support staff working together to support all of our patients' dental needs here in Randwick, from routine check-ups and cleans to children's dentistry, dental implants, and All-on-4 implants, to cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, braces, teeth whitening, composite bonding, and veneers.

We have recently hired a dentist, and we are still super busy, so we are now looking for another compassionate and passionate general dentist to join our team on Saturdays and Mondays, with the addition of Thursdays now or in the future.

You will ideally have a thorough knowledge of Invisalign and composite bonding, plus love general dentistry and working in a private practice that is not a preferred provider.

Who We are Looking For: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic dentist who is passionate about providing the highest level of patient experience, plus excellent clinical care, to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Dedication to Excellence: We are committed to providing exceptional dental care, and we need a dentist who shares this commitment. Your attention to detail and patient care will make you an excellent fit in our team.

Proficiency in Cosmetic Dentistry: You must love Invisalign, be an Invisalign provider and be confident in providing this treatment. You enjoy bonding plus prosthodontics. Please share your portfolio of these cases with your application. You will also provide all general dental treatment. If you enjoy perio and/or RCT that would be another bonus as we have a large number of these patients.

Team Player: At Vital Dental, collaboration is key. We believe in fostering a positive, supportive, and friendly work environment. We're looking for a team player who values the power of working together to achieve outstanding results. Additional to general dentists and OHT's, we have dentists who have special interests in implants, all-on-x and extractions so you will have an opportunity to work closely with these dentists and refer to them where appropriate. We do not offer mentorship, however.

Our state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated support staff, receptionists, excellent nurses, treatment co-ordinator and hygiene team, will provide you with the resources and environment you need to provide exceptional dental care.
