Assistant Building Manager

Responsibilities Include

Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standardEnsuring all building procedures are maintainedLiaising with Owners, Executive Committee members and Service providersProviding guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgetsCreating and presenting monthly reportsMaintaining up to date documentation and complianceAttending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings

To be successful in this role you will have previous Building Management and/or trade background experience and demonstrate the following:

Experience managing defects is preferred3+ years experience in Building ManagementSound knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation and WHSStrong administrative skillsKnowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a teamMust have excellent customer service skillsA positive attitude with flexibility to perform varied dutiesStrong interpersonal skillsAmbitious and looking for a role where you can develop your careerMust hold valid Drivers License and own transportationProject management skills desirable but not essential
