About The Role

Feros Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Workers to join our vibrant team at our Bangalow, NSW Village. If you're passionate about person-centred care and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older Australians, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Be DoingProviding personal care that supports residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeingAssisting with meals and daily routinesParticipating in meaningful daily activities that enrich residents' livesAccurately documenting care notes and reporting changes in resident needsBuilding positive relationships to help residents feel safe, supported, and truly at homeWhat You'll BringCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or equivalent (essential)Endorsement to assist with medication (desired)Experience in aged care or community care (highly regarded)A warm, person-centred approach and a genuine passion for supporting older peopleReliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality careWhat We Offer
