Lantrak is one of Australia's leading providers of integrated material supply, material disposal, truck hire and plant hire solutions. We partner with Tier 1 contractors to deliver some of Queensland's largest infrastructure and civil construction projects, providing innovative and reliable solutions across road, rail, airports, tunnels and major urban developments.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Major Projects Division.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with a strong civil construction background who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering projects from start to finish.
Whether you're already a Project Manager or an experienced Senior Project Engineer looking for the next step, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects while working directly with some of Australia's biggest infrastructure contractors.
You'll spend time both in the office and on site, working closely with our operations teams and clients to keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects across Queensland.
Coordinate material supply, material disposal, truck hire and plant hire services.
Build strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, project teams and key stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal operational teams.
Identify opportunities to improve project performance and add value for clients.
Assist with project planning, mobilisation and tender support.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
About You
You'll likely have:
Around 5+ years' experience managing or delivering civil construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience working for a civil contractor, earthworks business or infrastructure contractor.
A practical understanding of earthworks, material movements, truck logistics or plant operations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
A commercial mindset and confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
A current Australian Driver Licence.
Experience with material supply, resource recovery or transport logistics will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
Why Join Lantrak?
Work on some of Queensland's largest and most exciting infrastructure projects.
Join a growing and industry-leading business with a strong reputation in the civil construction sector.
Competitive salary package including a fully maintained company vehicle.
Supportive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.
The opportunity to make a real impact in a business that values initiative, accountability and long-term client relationships.
If you're looking for a rewarding career managing major infrastructure projects and want to join a business that's continuing to grow across Queensland, we'd love to hear from you.
