IT Support Engineer

📍 Port Melbourne / Heatherton, VIC | Full Time Permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team based in Port Melbourne and then transitioning to Heatherton in late 2026.

This role is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across our store and corporate network, ensuring our team members receive timely and effective IT assistance. You'll support a broad range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows environments, user access management, hardware deployment, remote support and ERP systems.

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to store and corporate users
• Provide support across Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and user access issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions and identity management through Microsoft Entra
• Deliver remote support to users across multiple locations
• Provision, configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Support ERP systems, including Pronto, where required
• Log, track and resolve incidents through the service management platform
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades and system improvements
• Maintain a strong customer-first approach and positive stakeholder relationships

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in delivering great service and is eager to continue developing their technical skills.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• 1-3 years' experience working within a Service Desk or IT Support environment
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
• Experience providing remote technical support
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities
• Experience with Pronto ERP will be highly regarded
• Exposure to networking concepts and device deployment is advantageous

This role operates across a rotating support roster.

• Standard business support is provided Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm
• Participation in an on-call roster every 6 weeks is required
• The on-call period runs from Friday through to Thursday
• Additional remuneration and benefits apply during your on-call week
