Role Snapshot:

• The Estimating function prices every Enduro Builders project from preliminary budget through to final contract.

• Estimators are responsible for producing accurate, well-scoped, and commercially sound estimates.

We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential construction estimation, ideally within a low to mid-size company.

• Passion for costing projects that will actually be built and the ability to work with the construction team on procurement processes to enact contractual terms.

• An ability to interpret engineering designs for costing and constructability purposes. 

• A problem-solver who brings meticulous attention to detail and initiative.

• Strong communication skills with high level customer service expectations.

• Technological savvy, with a quick adaptability to new software and systems.

• A genuine passion for sustainability and making a real difference through your work.
