Aged care experience is essential. Experience in healthcare, community services or another highly regulated industry will also be highly regarded. Experience in private or family-owned organisations, clinical governance, quality systems, organisational growth, transformation or significant change will be valued. Graduate or Fellow membership of the Australian Institute of Company Directors is expected.
Appointment and commitment· Term – Three-year appointment, with eligibility for re-appointment subject to Board and shareholder approval.· Time commitment – Approximately 3–5 days per month, including Board meetings, committee oversight, stakeholder engagement and governance activities.· Remuneration – $90,000–$110,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
