Team members join a growing environment that is closely aligned with capital markets innovation.Role Description The Portfolio Manager will oversee investment portfolios, monitor market developments, and make informed trading and allocation decisions aligned with client and firm objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and risk analysis, and optimizing portfolio performance within defined strategies and compliance requirements. The role involves preparing reports, presenting portfolio insights to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with research and trading teams to refine investment ideas. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, requiring regular interaction with colleagues, investors, and partners.QualificationsPrior recent experience as a portfolio manager of ASX 300 securitiesStrong analytical skills to interpret market data, assess risk, and support investment decisions.Solid foundation in finance, including understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and valuation methods.Proven experience in portfolio management, including asset allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management.Knowledge of investments and trading, with the ability to execute strategies in line with regulatory and internal guidelines.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA or similar) are an advantage.Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and commitment to responsible investment practices.Experience working in or with ASX-listed companies or Australian capital markets is beneficial.Ability to work well with and as part of a growing entrepreneurial team in a fast growing dynamic environment
