About the role

Reporting into Senior Business Leader, the Digital Enablement Partner ANZ is responsible for defining and delivering Eaton's AI and digital enablement strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution, you will identify high-value opportunities to improve business performance through AI and digital solutions, drive adoption across teams, and help shape the future of work within the organisation. This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, transformation, stakeholder engagement, digital innovation, and change leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Eaton's ANZ AI and digital enablement strategy

• Build and manage a roadmap of digital initiatives and AI use cases aligned to business priorities

• Identify opportunities to embed AI and digital capabilities into core business processes

• Drive measurable business value through technology-enabled solutions

• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and opportunities

• Identify, assess, and prioritise high-impact AI and digital use cases

• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions

• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams

• Drive the rollout and embedding of AI and digital solutions within business teams

• Establish governance frameworks for prioritisation and delivery

About you

• 5+ years' experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, business analysis, or related roles

• Proven experience developing and delivering digital or AI strategies and roadmaps

• Demonstrated success identifying and implementing high-value digital initiatives

• Experience driving adoption of technology solutions across business teams

• Strong track record working across business and IT functions

• Experience supporting organisational transformation and future-of-work initiatives

• Experience scaling digital solutions across multiple teams or business functions

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of digital transformation and the practical application of AI in business environments

• Experience with AI technologies, automation tools, copilots, analytics platforms, and digital productivity solutions
