The Opportunity

The Project Finance Administrator will support the Project Delivery Team with day‑to‑day business operations, including transaction and timesheet maintenance, billing and invoicing, claims progression, and payment tracking. Provides system and process training to project teams, assists Project Managers with complex project data, reconciliations, and issue resolution, and ensures accurate, timely financial and project administration.

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Finance or related area is desirable but not essential.

• Support the billing process, including generating prebills, billing maintenance and invoice generation and ensure issued to clients in a timely manner

• Tracking the payments against the aging report and following up with customers on ageing accounts

• Previous cost control experience
