Full-Time Front Desk Extraordinaire Wanted

About the role

Part front desk, part Treatment Coordinator. You'll be the first friendly face patients meet, and the person who helps them understand their treatment plans and actually follow through — no jargon, no confusion.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage a busy appointment book

• Explain treatment plans and costs in plain English

• Follow up on treatment so nothing slips through the cracks

• Handle billing and health fund claims

• Back up a clinical team that has each other's backs

About you

• Dental reception or treatment coordination experience (essential)

• Practice management software experience (we run Ultimo Dental — training provided)

• Calm under pressure, genuine warmth with patients

• A team-player attitude and a sense of humour

• Genuine drive — this isn't a coast-along role, we want someone who takes it seriously and cares about the quality of their work
