About the Role

As a Junior Sales Associate/Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our lead agent with day-to-day operations while building your own skills to succeed in the real estate world. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for property and people.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Responding to email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally

• Managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

• Prospecting and following up with potential clients

• Organising and managing the agent’s diary and calendar

• Preparing and writing sales contracts

• Liaising with clients, settlement agents, and other stakeholders

• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

• Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive and positive attitude

• A current real estate registration/license is ideal (or willingness to obtain)

• Own car and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
