Hi-Tec Oils is an Australian-owned company and a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality lubricants and oils. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Smithfield office on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous administration or sales support experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing national company.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders, data entry and invoicing accurately and efficiently

• Managing customer phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

• Providing administrative and day-to-day support to the sales team

• Assisting with quotations, pricing and sales documentation

• Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements with warehouse, transport and internal teams

• Monitoring order progress and providing customers with updates on delivery timeframes and availability

• Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and product records in ERP/CRM and other business systems

• Preparing reports and maintaining sales documentation and records

• Managing filing, correspondence and general administration

• Assisting with other office and sales operations as required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role

• Experience in order processing, invoicing or sales administration

• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel

• Experience using ERP, CRM or other business systems

• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
