Member to join our Roads, Drainage, and Marine team . In this full-time, permanent role (38 hours/week) , you will deliver vital operational maintenance across Redlands' civil, marine, and vegetation assets . Utilise asset management systems to log and remediate defects . Operate and maintain a range of plant, tools, and equipment safely . Provide practical technical advice to team members and customers .

Uphold strict workplace health, safety, and environmental standards . Skills & experience Current Class 'C' Driver's Licence (MR or HR preferred) .

Proven hands-on civil or vegetation maintenance experience . Physical fitness for strenuous outdoor laboring tasks . Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration .
