This position reports to the Head of Operations.

The role will be full-time, on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.

The Team Leader’s duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise, mentor, and train Service Coordinators to support development

• Manage rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are properly covered

• Share flexible, rotating on-call duties with multiple leaders to handle urgent schedule updates

• Build strong client relationships and promote a customer-focused culture

• Collaborate with clients, families, and case managers to achieve care goals

• Monitor funding usage to prevent under or over-expenditure

• Ensure staff are qualified and trained for their assigned services

• Handle complaints, oversee team tasks, and support continuous improvement

We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate:

• Aged Care or NDIS experience

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated team leadership experience

• Excellent computer skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous experience with Alayacare is a plus
