Junior Sales Representative

JUNIOR SALES REP – BDSA

BDS Mechanical is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. Working closely with our experienced Business Development Manager, you will travel throughout Queensland, develop strong customer relationships, and play an important role in identifying and developing new business opportunities across the mechanical, mining, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel with the Business Development team to customer and mine sites across Queensland
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Support the identification of new business opportunities
• Promote company services and capabilities to new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate customer records and site visit reports
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
• Work collaboratively with workshop and operations teams to support customer needs

About You:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, confident, and eager to learn
• Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Queensland
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Current Driver’s Licence required
• Previous sales, customer service, or mechanical industry experience highly regarded but not essential
