Grader Operators

FOR AN IMMEDIATE START: We are seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team for initial project work in the Condamine region, QLD, with ongoing opportunities across a variety of projects throughout Queensland. Working on a flexible DIDO 14/7 roster, you’ll enjoy competitive rates, paid travel time, accommodation and meals.

About the Role: Working alongside an experienced project delivery team, you’ll operate CAT graders equipped with GPS machine control across a variety of projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong commitment to equipment care, teamwork and safety.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience operating graders, with GPS machine control and final trim experience highly regarded.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and White Card.
• Previous experience on civil construction and/or mining projects.
• Ability to work across regional and remote project locations under a variety of roster arrangements, including DIDO and FIFO.
• Current Standard 11 and QLD Coal Board Medical highly regarded.
