elements bar & dining currently has an opportunity for an up-and-coming and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our Restaurant Operations Team and deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and a positive team culture.

You will lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of beverage, service and food, while working closely with the kitchen brigade and reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager.

 KEY RESPSBILITIES

• Manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences

• Lead and develop a high performing Food & Beverage team

• Train new team members

• Monitor restaurant performance

• Maintain high presentation and cleanliness throughout the venue

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively

• Monitor stock levels and report needs

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Understand the Accor network and membership offerings for Food and Beverage

 ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience within a busy restaurant or hotels Food & Beverage operation in supervisory level or higher looking for next step

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

• Evening and weekend availability
