About the role

Ray White Goulburn is seeking a Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team on a casual basis, with the view to full time. Based in Goulburn, NSW 2580. Are you currently studying Marketing & Communication and are ready to take the next step. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives whilst maintaining work-life balance. As a Marketing Professional, you will play a vital role in promoting Ray White Goulburn's brand, services and properties to our local community and beyond. This position is integral to our marketing strategy, helping to drive awareness, engagement and business growth in the competitive real estate market.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print and social media

• Create and curate engaging content for property listings, social media platforms and marketing materials

• Support the coordination of promotional events, open houses and property showcases

• Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

• Assist with the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers and advertisements

• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure marketing objectives are met

• Support the coordination of email marketing campaigns and newsletters

• Assist with photography, videography and graphic design tasks as required

What we're looking for

• A passion for Marketing, currently studying or experienced in marketing coordination or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and CRM software

• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging marketing concepts and ideas

• Solid understanding of marketing principles, SEO and digital advertising

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Canva

• A flexible, collaborative approach to work with strong interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of the Goulburn local market and community (preferred)

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (desirable)
