WE’RE HIRING — RESTAURANT MANAGER
Brasserie L’Entrecôte is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in Pymble.Established for over 10 years, Brasserie L’Entrecôte is a successful French restaurant with loyal customers, a strong team and a genuine focus on warm, professional hospitality.
The role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant’s daily operations and guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:• Leading front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth service• Managing, motivating and training the restaurant team• Maintaining consistently high service standards• Managing rosters, labour costs and staff performance• Handling guest feedback professionally• Overseeing stock control, ordering and restaurant presentation• Working closely with the kitchen and senior management• Supporting the restaurant’s sales, profitability and continued growth
About you
• At least two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar venue• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service• A positive, hands-on attitude and strong floor presence• Confident leadership and communication skills• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure• Available for a full-time roster of approximately 40–45 hours per week
