About Level Electrical & Solar Arundel

We are a proud part of the Level Group ANZ network and have been delivering excellence across South East Queensland for over 10 years. Based in Arundel on the Gold Coast, we operate throughout Queensland and New South Wales, completing projects for major clients including Qantas, the Animal Welfare League, the Salvation Army, and many commercial businesses.

We specialise in Solar, Battery Storage, Electrical, Air Conditioning, HVAC, EV Charging, and Energy Management Solutions, helping homeowners and businesses save money, reduce their environmental impact, and create a better future.

The Hours

• School hours, part time: 9:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (27.5 hours per week)

• Home in time for school pick up, every single day

• Set, agreed roster so you can plan your week

• Work from home flexibility (hybrid) once you are up and running

• A team that understands school events, pupil free days and sick kids

• Above Award salary of $60,000 to $65,000 per annum pro rata plus Super

• Commission on qualified appointments plus Quarterly Performance Bonuses

About the Role

You will be the friendly, energetic first point of contact, using your natural ability to connect with people to:

• Identify and qualify opportunities through outbound calls

• Book appointments for our specialist consultants

• Build instant rapport and trust with homeowners and commercial clients

• Maintain CRM activity with reliable, thoughtful follow ups

• Deliver warm, exceptional customer experiences

• Introduce customers to solutions that genuinely improve their lives (Solar, Batteries, Electrical, Air Conditioning, EV Charging and more)

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated, people oriented individuals with:

• Excellent communication skills, you build trust quickly and motivate prospects

• Friendly, warm and personable nature with a genuine customer service focus

• High energy and enthusiasm, you love talking to people and creating excitement about solutions

• Gold Coast / Molendinar based

• Coachable, resilient, and accountable with a positive, can do attitude

• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Insurance, or Business Development is highly valued, but your character and energy matter most

• Making 70+ outbound calls per day with enthusiasm

• Booking a minimum of 2 qualified opportunities daily

• Building a healthy pipeline through strong relationships
