Account Manager - Banking & Corporate

The Role

We're looking for someone who combines strong account management and sales capability with a genuine passion for customer relationships.

About you

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Banking & Corporate team and play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with some of our most valued clients.

You'll be responsible for understanding your clients' businesses, identifying opportunities to expand their use of InfoTrack's products and services, and ensuring they continue to see value from our partnership.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, building trusted and long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs, product usage and business objectives to identify opportunities for increased adoption and growth.
• Proactively introduce clients to new InfoTrack products, services and enhancements through demonstrations and regular engagement.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and take ownership of commercial conversations.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions and broader account management activities.
• Monitor client usage, identify potential risks and proactively address issues to support retention.
• Prepare and review monthly client reporting, using insights to inform account strategies and conversations.
• Coordinate customer requests and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver positive client outcomes.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience in account management, relationship management or a similar client-facing sales role.
• A strong commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Experience managing enterprise or complex client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to solving client challenges.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
