About The Role

We are seeking a locally based Registered Nurse for a casual position, supporting our team at our Fassifern Aged Care Service.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is flexible and available to pick up shifts as needed. You will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and supporting both residents and care staff.

Key Responsibilities Include

Medication administration and clinical documentationConducting baseline and focused clinical assessmentsReviewing and updating care plansWound care managementSupporting and leading care staff on shiftLiaising with residents, families and staffEnsuring compliance with aged care standards and policies

About You

Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?

Essential

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum of 12 months’ experience working in aged careSkilled in medication management, wound care, resident assessments and updating care plansCurrent First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Comfortable with ad hoc shiftsLives locally or within reasonable distanceHold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
