Law Graduate (Complaints resolution)

This role is perfect for a recent law graduate or a law student who is about to graduate.

About us

As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will work in our Canberra office.  As part of the complaints resolution team: 

• facilitate and encourage local resolution of issues between parties 

• undertaking review process where resolution is unsuccessful   

• making referrals to alternative organisations when issues are not related to the jurisdiction within which we operate.
