Project Finance Administrator

• Support Project Managers with monitoring of actuals and accurate forecasting to ensure correct revenue position. 

• Review forecast cost at completion and variance to baseline cost of a portfolio of projects, discussing material changes with Project Managers and escalating to Commercial team as required. 

• Participate in project related meetings around the status of project financials, articulating risks and opportunities. 

• Drive tactical responses to minimise working capital requirements. 

• Provide project accounting support to operations through the lifecycle of the project. 

• Provide advice regarding project setup process, including best for project WBS, contract line configuration, variation management. 

• Drive efficiency and process improvement through effective utilisation of systems. 

• Management of Client billing.

What can you bring to the team?  

• Sound knowledge of Workday Financials is highly desirable, however, experience in other ERPs will be favourable.  We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets. 

• Prior experience in project accounting within an engineering, project focussed industry. 

• A proactive attitude and an enthusiasm for learning and innovation.
