Take on a key role as a Boilermaker on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work across a leading mining operation. Bring your skills, safety focus and team mindset and gain consistent work, strong support, and a crew that values your contribution. Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion.  

Casual Rates commencing from:

Boilermaker: 

• Dayshift: $65.40 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading + penalties
• Nightshift: $78.48 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading + penalties

Allowances:

• Site Allowance: $4.50 per hour
• Mobilisation Payment: 14.4 hours (2x standard OTE days) paid first full pay period, following successful completion of your first work cycle

The Role

• Structural fabrication, repairs, and modifications
• Installation, replacement, and alignment of mechanical and structural
• Welding, gouging, cutting, and plate work across fixed plant equipment
• Inspection, fault finding, and repair of wear components and structural defects
• Work to drawings, weld procedures, and quality standards

About You

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• BHP experience desirable
• 5 years experience in maintenance or construction
• Construction White Card
• Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
• Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
• Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
