About the role
At Jenny's ELC, we believe Kindergarten is where confidence grows, curiosity flourishes and lifelong learning begins.
We're looking for an inspiring and passionate Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead our funded 4-Year-Old Kindergarten Program at our Soldiers Hill Service.
This is more than a teaching role—it's an opportunity to create meaningful learning experiences, build lasting relationships with children and families, and be part of a team that genuinely values your ideas, expertise and professional growth.
If you're passionate about play-based learning, intentional teaching and preparing children for a successful transition to school, we'd love to hear from you.
Jenny's ELC is a proudly family-owned organisation with a strong reputation for quality education, supportive leadership and meaningful community connections.
Our educators are encouraged to think creatively, lead with confidence and continue growing professionally. We don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
Learning is part of the fun.
We create environments where children feel safe, valued, confident and inspired to explore the world around them.
We believe every child has the capacity to succeed, and every educator has the ability to make a lasting impact.
We're looking for someone who has:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (or eligibility)
A passion for delivering high-quality funded Kindergarten programs
Strong knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), EYLF and National Quality Framework
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, collaborative and solution-focused approach
A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
🍎 Deliver an engaging, high-quality funded 4-Year-Old Kindergarten program
📚 Create meaningful learning experiences through intentional teaching and play-based learning
🤝 Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community
🌱 Support each child's individual learning journey and school readiness
✨ Mentor and collaborate with your teaching team
📈 Contribute to continuous improvement and educational excellence across the service
At Jenny's ELC, people come first.
