Qualified Landscape Tradesperson

Bluestone Landscape Construction is a dedicated business servicing Bendigo and Central Victoria. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and using the best quality products to deliver exceptional landscaping to residential clients. We offer all services of landscaping including paving, retaining walls, decking, turf and much more.

With our business growing we are now searching for a Qualified Landscaper and/or Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the business owner, this position will be responsible for;

• Supervising other team members and training apprentices

• Completing all types of landscaping including, but not limited to, paving, irrigation, turf, retaining walls, decking, pergolas, stone & rock work, etc

• Working closely with the business owner to achieve best results

• Ordering materials and ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner

We are looking for a successful candidate with the following skills and qualifications;

• Minimum 4 years' experience in landscape construction

• Cert III in Landscaping and equivalent trade experience

• Experience in hard landscaping essential

• Ability to liaise with clients and work well in our team

• Use initiative and problem solve

• Work to time frames 

• Manage sites from start to finish

• Ability to manage apprentices and delegate tasks

• A high level of attention to detail and hard working

• Has own transport and valid driver's license. Truck license would be an advantage but not necessary.

• White card and/or other certificates

• Has National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
