About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Site Supervisor to lead and manage plumbing teams across commercial construction projects throughout Perth.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong technical plumbing experience who can coordinate site activities, maintain quality standards, ensure compliance, and drive project outcomes. You will act as the key link between management, clients, builders, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing teams across commercial construction sites.

• Plan, coordinate and oversee daily site activities to meet project deadlines.

• Install, inspect, repair and maintain commercial plumbing and gas systems where required.

• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentation.

• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors effectively.

• Liaise with builders, project managers, site supervisors, and other trades.

• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks throughout project stages.

• Ensure all works comply with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and Australian Standards.

• Monitor project progress and report on site performance, risks, and delays.

• Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture.

• Mentor apprentices and develop team capability.

• Maintain accurate site records, including variations, inspections, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure excellent client and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Current WA Plumbing Licence.

• Current WA Driver's Licence.

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing construction.

• Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations, codes, and Australian Standards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
