We’re currently seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our team in the following casual evening roles:

Section Waiter

We’re also seeking an enthusiastic Section Waiter to deliver outstanding service during casual dinner shifts (approximately 15 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional a la carte service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment.

• Maintain sound knowledge of menu offerings, wine, and spirits, with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Uphold APOTECA’s high standards of service and presentation.
