About the role
At Redlands, we believe great schools are shaped by exceptional teachers and inspiring leaders, and this is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished English teacher to lead a high-performing faculty, influence teaching and learning across Years 7-12, and help shape the future of English education within a vibrant, future-focused school community.
As a member of the Secondary School Academic Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Dean of Studies, Dean of HSC, Dean of IB and Head of Secondary School to drive excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and student outcomes across both the HSC and International Baccalaureate programmes.
