About the role
Support great learning experiences. Keep things organised. Make a difference behind the scenes.
First National is a national real estate network supporting hundreds of offices across Australia. We provide training, events and professional development opportunities that help our members grow their skills and businesses.
We're looking for a highly organised Training Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, events, communications and keeping multiple projects moving at once. If you're naturally organised, love a good checklist, enjoy solving problems and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you!
About the Role
Reporting to the Members Services Manager and working closely with the Learning and Development team, you'll coordinate the day-to-day administration and promotion of our national training and learning events program.
No two days are quite the same - one day you may be coordinating a venue booking and confirming catering requirements, the next you'll be setting up a webinar, preparing training materials, updating our training calendar or creating communications in Canva to promote upcoming events.
This is a hands-on coordination role that plays an important part in delivering a positive experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate venues, catering, presenters and event logistics for training programs and meetings.
Create and schedule email and social media communications promoting training events.
Monitor registrations and respond to attendee enquiries.
Set up and manage Zoom webinars and online training sessions.
Prepare event materials, registration lists and presentation resources.
Maintain the national training calendar and track event budgets and expenses.
Update content on the training section of the company intranet.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers and external suppliers.
Identify and resolve administrative or logistical issues before they become problems.
Provide outstanding customer service to members and colleagues.
About You
You enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly and takes satisfaction in delivering a great experience for others.
You will bring:
Experience in an administration, events, marketing or coordination role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written communication skills and confidence creating professional email communications.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Canva and online systems.
Experience with Zoom webinars/production studio, event registrations or content management systems will be highly regarded.
A willingness to learn, ask questions and continuously improve processes.
Why Join Us?
A varied role combining administration, communications and learning event coordination.
Opportunity to develop your skills and take the next step in your career.
A supportive and collaborative team environment.
Exposure to national training programs and events.
The chance to contribute to the success and development of real estate professionals across Australia.
If you're curious, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great work, apply now and tell us why you would be a great fit for our Training Coordinator role.
