Maintenance Electrician | Industrial | Contracting Role

Are you an experienced industrial or maintenance electrician looking for your next opportunity? We're on the lookout for a skilled electrician to join our growing contracting team, working across a variety of exciting industrial sites.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, you'll be responsible for servicing, installation, and breakdown work across industrial sites. Day-to-day, you can expect to:

• Work on industrial installations, manufacturing lines, and motor control faults

• Troubleshoot, modify, replace, and commission electrical equipment

• Carry out preventative and planned maintenance work

• Fault find on PLC and automation-controlled systems

• Work on hazardous area (Ex) installations (training available for the right candidate)

• Participate in a rotating after-hours call-out roster, which attracts a vehicle, allowance, and overtime

What You'll Bring

• Current A Grade Electrical Licence

• Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance/industrial electrical experience

• White Card and valid Driver's Licence

• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised

• A commitment to workplace safety

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

Desirable (but not essential — training may be provided):

• PLC experience

• High Risk Boom Licence (EWP)

• Ex Ticket (Hazardous Area Work)

• Confined Space Certificate
