The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Building Manager for a residential apartment building. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, managing contractors, and delivering top-quality service to residents. Supported by an experienced Operations Manager and admin team, you'll help implement maintenance plans and ensure the building runs smoothly.
About You:
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Capable of working independently with excellent time management skills.
Strong communication and management abilities.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems.
