Customer Service Officer

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Landscape Yard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly smile.

• Providing outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Reception and general office administration.

• Weighbridge operations.

• Processing sales, invoices, and customer orders.

• Coordinating deliveries and assisting with transport bookings.

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Supporting the team wherever needed.

• Is organised, reliable, and has great attention to detail.

• Has great communication skills.

Knowledge of Landscape Supplies and Trucks is an advantage but not essential - we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and personality.
