Factory Team Member

About the role

Join the dedicated team at Arrow Bronze, a leading manufacturer of bronze castings, as a Factory Team Member. This full-time position in our Dandenong South, VIC facility is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our production operations.

What you'll be doing

• Operate various metal finishing machinery to finish and enhance bronze products

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality checks to ensure consistent and efficient production

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet daily production targets

• Identify and report any issues or defects in the manufacturing process

• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to casting or metalworking but not essential.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
