About the role

Furniture Fitouts is seeking a skilled and reliable Furniture Removalist to join our team in Belmont, WA. As a full-time Furniture Removalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of furniture and other household items for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the interior design industry.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully and safely disassemble, load, transport and reassemble furniture and other household items

• Operate moving trucks and equipment with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the moving process

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the moving vehicles and equipment

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all moving tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Furniture Removalist or in a similar role within the warehousing, storage and distribution industry

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle furniture and household items with care

• Good physical fitness and stamina to manage the physical demands of the role

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• A valid C class driver's licence and experience operating moving trucks and equipment essential

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a safe manner

• Forklift licence, LR licence or MR Licence would be an advantage

• National Police Clearance
