Residents enjoy modern apartments, welcoming shared spaces and access to tailored support services. As a Domestic Attendant, you will provide essential housekeeping and cleaning services across the village while delivering a welcoming and customer-focused experience for residents. You’ll be part of a friendly, people-focused team where you will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents.      We are currently opening Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Part-time Domestic Attendants to join our team at Ocean View Retirement Living.   Your Impact     Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across apartments or village common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and rooms  Build positive relationships as a friendly and approachable presence at the village  Providing all‑rounder support across the village, including communal domestic cleaning duties and maintaining shared spaces to a high standard  Assist residents and the community with general ad-hoc tasks as required  Follow all OH&S requirements and promptly report any safety or security concerns    What you'll bring     Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or similar service-focused roles  A positive, respectful and people‑focused approach, with a strong commitment to providing a supportive experience for residents  The ability to work confidently and independently while managing daily tasks and priorities  Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations (required)    What we offer     $29.98/hr + superannuation + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances    Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance Program   Discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers   Annual flu vaccinations and skin checks   The opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents and contribute to our retirement community      Who we are   As a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience, Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
