Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator

Concept Management Group is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our client's busy warehouse team based in Liverpool.

About the Role
This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Unlike highly automated warehouses, this is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operations.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a forklift to move stock throughout the warehouse
• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory handling
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively to ensure customer orders are completed on time

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence with minimum 2-3 years experience (essential) 
• Previous experience in a warehouse pick and pack environment
• Experience loading and unloading trucks safely
• Strong attention to detail with accurate picking and inventory handling
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Dependable, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive workplace
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Highly Regarded but not essential:

• Experience within the civil construction, engineering or building supplies industry
• Experience operating a forklift fitted with a carpet prong attachment
