Full-time Ongoing Position Commencing January 2027

Trinity College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to join our Junior School team. The successful applicant will teach students in Years 4 to 6 and become an integral member of a collaborative and high-performing professional learning community.

The ideal candidate will contribute to curriculum planning, the teaching and learning programme, and the broader life of the College. They will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in education, support the Vision and Mission of Trinity College, and actively participate in the co-curricular life of the College.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Relevant teaching qualifications and eligibility for teacher registration in Western Australia.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Strong curriculum and pedagogical knowledge, with a commitment to contemporary teaching practices.

• A genuine commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion, and the individual growth of every student.

• A willingness to contribute to the co-curricular life of the College.

• A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education.

Successful applicants will be required to participate in the professional formation opportunities provided through Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Colleges Ltd and Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) Ltd.

Applicants are expected to hold, or be willing to work towards obtaining, Accreditation to Teach Religious Education.
