The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People Systems & Analytics Lead to take ownership of our People systems, workforce analytics, reporting capability and data governance framework.
This role sits at the centre of our People & Culture function, ensuring leaders have access to trusted workforce information, meaningful insights and fit-for-purpose technology that supports strategic decision-making, workforce planning and organisational performance.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will lead the optimisation of People systems, drive workforce reporting and analytics, and play a critical role in the successful delivery of our HRIS and Payroll Transformation program. Acting as the client-side Product Owner, you will develop the capability and knowledge required to assume ongoing operational ownership of our new People platform following implementation.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Institute's workforce reporting and analytics capability, delivering meaningful workforce insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.Own the integrity, governance and continuous improvement of People systems, data and reporting frameworks.Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, KPIs and analytics that provide visibility of workforce, diversity, employee experience and organisational performance metrics.Ensure workforce data and reporting meet regulatory, accreditation and compliance requirements, including WGEA, SAGE and other reporting obligations.Drive automation, integration and optimisation across HRIS, payroll, learning and related People platforms.Act as the People & Culture Product Owner throughout the HRIS and Payroll Transformation, ensuring system design and functionality meet organisational needs.Partner with leaders to build data literacy and strengthen the use of workforce insights across the Institute.
What You’ll Bring
You are a highly analytical and technically capable People Systems professional who can translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights. You bring a strong understanding of People technology, workforce reporting and governance, together with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Significant experience in People systems, HRIS administration, workforce analytics and data governance.Experience leading or acting as a Product Owner for HRIS or enterprise People systems.Demonstrated success translating workforce data into strategic insights and recommendations for senior leaders and governance forums.Experience supporting SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors environments, with the ability to quickly build expertise in new platforms.Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, including dashboard development, Power Query, Pivot Tables and advanced reporting techniques.Strong analytical, problem-solving and data management capabilities, with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Desirable Experience
We would be particularly interested in candidates with:
Experience using Culture Amp.Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis capability, including gender pay gap and equity analysis.Experience with data and visualisation tools such as R, Stata, Tableau or similar.
