Quality Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and support quality activities within a highly regulated healthcare environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Quality Management System, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and drive a strong culture of quality across the organisation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards, manage quality processes and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee controlled documentation and quality records.
• Manage and support deviations, CAPA and change control.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee quality training and associated records.
• Work collaboratively with operational and cross-functional teams.
• Promote a strong quality and compliance culture across the organisation.

Essential Criteria

• 3-5 years' experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems within a GMP or highly regulated environment.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences or another highly regulated healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to a Quality Management System.
• Practical experience with controlled documents, deviations, CAPA, change control, training and quality records.
• Strong practical understanding and application of GMP principles and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
