Retail Concession Manager - David Jones Warringah

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for a Concession Manager to lead our David Jones Warringah men's and Women's pad. ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
