We are looking for a senior communications and media professional to join our dynamic, high-performing team. 

In this exciting and fast-paced role you will lead, shape and deliver whole-of-agency strategic communication and media engagement functions. You will plan, implement and evaluate communication strategies that support agency goals and priorities. Your excellent skills in writing plain English content that is appealing and targeted to your audience will ensure delivery of effective and innovative print and digital content. Your experience in media liaison and issues management will give you the confidence to effectively handle media enquiries and provide well-considered advice to the FSANZ leadership group. You will help position FSANZ as the leading authority on food standards and food safety response services, driving engagement with government and non-government organisations and industry stakeholders. 

Most importantly, you will bring a can-do, problem solving approach, including the ability to work autonomously and take on ad-hoc tasks as required to contribute to the success of the team.
