As an Contracted Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients across a variety of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities Include

Delivering high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice.Conducting patient assessments and observations and escalating concerns appropriately.Administering medications and IV therapy (Level 2 ENs) in accordance with policy and clinical requirements.Contributing to care planning, implementation and evaluation.Supporting patient admissions, transfers and discharge processes.Providing patient education and promoting positive patient experiences.Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and effective handovers.Participating in quality improvement, risk management and ongoing professional development activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.A commitment to person-centred care and patient safety.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Sound clinical judgement and critical thinking skills.A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and professional development.
